For Fall 2019 Chloé collection, creative director Natacha Ramsay-Levi’s plays with deconstructed glamour and aristocratic elegance.
It’s a blend of sharp modernity and soft romance, we are particularly keen on her sophisticated take on layering as she effortlessly styles dresses over trousers. Take note of the opulent prints that come in nostalgic florals, trompe l’oeil houndstooth, and the Chloé ‘femininities’ icons illustrated as baroque cameos, whilst a new mirrored ‘C’ monogram appears as an all-over jacquard.
Apart from the new Chloé day bags ‘Aby’ and Annie’ that both feature leather lock and fob chain device and a spacious, ergonomic designs for daily life, the eclectic boots and rose-tinted sunglasses in a half moon shape are also deserving of attention.
The Chloé girl’s wanderlust remains with a wardrobe intertwined with midcentury codes of the Parisian bourgeoisie. Below, we pick out our five highlights.
