AMQ01

For FW18 campaign, Alexander McQueen took a starring line up of models to San Francisco.

Using various locations as a backdrop, including the Golden Gate Bridge, the British fashion house was inspired by the ‘mythical and free-spirited’ city adding in a statement:

‘This city provides a rich backdrop evocative of the beauty of nature, the importance of culture and contemporary society at its most evolved.’

Shot by photographer Jamie Hawkesworth, the campaign captured the themes of the latest collection that metamorphosis and the magical transformation of physical forms.

The models starring the latest shoot include Shanelle Nyasiase from South Sudan, who walked in over 40 shows during the last FW season, Italian star Vittoria Ceretti and Dutch beauty Rianne van Rompaey, who have all been faces of the Alexander McQueen before.
