For Coach Men’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection, the creative director Stuart Vevers is moving the narrative into gothic romance.

Vevers vision has struck a chord with new fans of the house who look to him for pieces with edge and personality. For pre-fall, Coach fuses dreamy romance of Stevie Nicks with Axl Rose’s rock swagger. Exploring a uniquely American approach to craftsmanship, with artisanal detailing on nostalgic wardrobe pieces symbolic of rock and roll history.

Studding, fringing, whipstitching and patchwork—techniques learned and passed down through generations—recontextualized and applied with an elemental, “handmade” quality to leather and denim. Reintroducing Bonnie Cashin’s Duffle, reborn for 2018 with a new attitude.

An American-gothic fairytale that’s born of New York but made to be worn globally. Click through the key looks from Coach Men’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection.
