YNM 2018 Ramadan collection is filled with feminine and empowering elements from the 1940’s.

Emirati designer and creative director Yasmin Al Mulla was inspired by the decadence and used rich materials such as raw silk, soft linen, light crepe, and ethereal pleats in her latest collection. She added a modern feel with deep stitching, belting, touches of embellishment and a fresh approach to micro floral print.

The collection also includes a junior line which the designer introduced for her Ramadan line last year. Mimicking the silhouettes and feel of the main kaftan’s, the matching mini version is a fun way to dress up with your little one for the Holy Month.

The collection symbolizes a new hope, dramatic shift in fashion, and cements female empowerment, all bringing together a progressive perspective on classic fashion styles worn in a timeless era – what better way to to celebrate Ramadan.
