One of our favourite British designers, Molly Goddard, is launching a line of handbags.
The range of tote bags will feature a check print, regularly used her collections, and will be one of the steps towards sustainability for the brand.
She is collaborating with Bags of Ethics, which crafts reusable bags with cotton farming communities in India, and these will be available during London Fashion Week Festival from September 20.
Since launching her label in 2015, Goddard has won the hearts of the fashion crowd for her feminine designs and wild use of ruffles, tulle, voluminous silhouettes and sugary pastel shades.
Her whimsical creations are often inspired by nostalgic themes, but at the same time feel fresh and modern. With only three years in the business, she has won several awards and funding to grow her label on a global scale, which can be shopped on platforms like matchesfashion.com.
Make sure to follow our fashion week coverage of the SS19 shows, with Goddard scheduled to present in London on September 15.
