Depuff The Eyes

No one likes the sight of puffy eyes in the morning, so we suggest keeping two dessert spoons in the fridge for an instant pick-me-up. Diminish the bags under the eyes with cool upward strokes, make sure not to move the spoons back and forth.

Mascara Is Not Just For The Lashes

Next time you run out of the liquid eyeliner, just reach for your eyeliner brush and dip it into the tube of mascara. You’ll get an intense colour along the lash line and if you want staying power then choose a waterproof mascara. Tip: don’t forget to clean the brush after so it doesn’t harden.

Second Day Hair Never Looked Better

No beauty cupboard is complete without a dry shampoo and to get the best out of it, spray on the roots before bed. Don’t worry about rubbing it in as it will move as you sleep, just put the hair up in the silk scarf and brush out in the morning.

Bathe Like A Greek Goddess

Milk has softening elements but before you reach for a bottle of the skimmed variety, listen up. The easiest way to hydrate your skin is to add a cup of powdered milk to your bath and enjoy the nourishing benefits. While at it, use a couple of drops of lavender oil for a nice relaxing scent.

Non-Surgical Way To Plumper Lips

Face Yoga is one of the best ways to lift and plump up the complexion without having the need for any invasive procedures. Our favourite move is for the lips. Make a kiss face and then press your index finger on them as though you’re shushing. Then push the finger away with the lips while keeping the pressure on your pout. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat.

Clear The Pores

We’ve all seen our mum’s with their heads under a towel over a steaming bowl of hot water. Steam is one of the best ways to open up the pores which then allows for products to soak in even deeper. We use bags of camomile tea to infuse ours.

Fresh Toes

Use sea salt granules for an effective foot scrub. Just add a teaspoon of coconut oil, two teaspoons of olive oil, fresh mint diced or peppermint oil and banish those dry heals. Tip: before bed, rub either coconut or olive oil on your heals and slip on a pair of socks for overnight softness.
