Tiffany & Co. celebrates the beginning of the Holy Month of Ramadan with an event held at its newly opened boutique in Jeddah at the Boulevard mall. In an unprecedented initiative to honour this blessed month, this year Tiffany dedicates its legendary windows to a Ramadan-inspired installation, and reveals a special partnership with the reputed Dar Al-Hekma University.

Renaud Pretet, Vice President Tiffany & Co. said: “We are privileged to join the community today in honouring the Holy Month of Ramadan. Tiffany has been present in the Kingdom for more than 20 years, accompanying people during their most important occasions and embracing the values of their culture while also sharing our New York DNA. This year, we are very proud to unveil in Jeddah our first Ramadan-themed windows that reflect the spirit of the Holy Month.”

The guest of honour at the event, Dr. Suhair Al-Qurashi, President of Dar Al-Hekma University, was welcomed by Renaud Pretet and Mazin Al Moallim of Mohammed Othman Al Moallim Company, Tiffany’s partner in KSA. Together, they announced the launch of Keys for a Cause initiative aimed at raising funds to empower women with education in the Kingdom.et.

The launch of Keys for a Cause coincides with Ramadan to encourage people to support a worthy cause during this period of great generosity. From 4 June through 30 September, the community is invited to visit the Tiffany & Co. boutiques in Jeddah at the Boulevard mall and Riyadh Kingdom Centre to contribute to the cause by donating SAR 250 in exchange for a symbolic key or receiving one upon making a purchase of SAR 2500 and above. Guests will find a pedestal in each boutique displaying a Tiffany Blue Box, secured with a white bow and lock. After receiving their keys, guests are invited to open the lock and if it unlocks they will be directed to pick up an iconic Tiffany gift.

All proceeds will benefit Dar Al-Hekma University scholarship fund for women’s education; in October, Tiffany & Co. will confer the collected fund to Dar Al-Hekma University in a celebration event to be held at the university premises.
