Take us on the N de PP journey and how did it get here today?

N de PP connects the dots to spark the perfect impression. Each of our offerings is a dot that helps you leave a mark. And together all these dots bring distinct flavour to life. Launched in 2017, N de PP is a story of memories and moments. One dot is chocolate making excellence that dates back to 2000.

At N de PP we craft experiences through our second dot: Full event management, sales and marketing consultancy as well as personal and image branding services rooted in more than a decade of expertise.

Printing and creation are the third dot in N de PP’s unique world and are drawn on 40 years of know-how.

What makes N de PP’s offerings different than any other chocolate brand in the region?

N de PP captures the premium luxury of Belgium chocolate and deliciously merges it with handmade detail and elegant design. We artfully pair quality chocolate with souvenirs for all occasions to offer you personalized and customized gifts, corporate gifts, and the perfect additions to your special events such as weddings and conferences.

Explain N de PP’s process, from choosing the ingredients to the final packaging.

At N de PP we are dealing with experienced chefs who cater the perfect taste of chocolate for us, in addition myself and my team are in charge of choosing the flavours and the ingredients along with food tasting. As printing services we are leaders in creating the best packaging that would fit the theme that we are planning for. The chocolate are handmade wrapped and designed with passion and full commitment by talented experts. The marketing team is in charge of communicating our brand in all platforms, exhibitions and events.

What regions of the world do your cacao beans come from? And what flavor profiles are you looking into?

Belgium, Turkey and Spain chocolate factories are supplying our project, depends on the flavour and taste. It all defers from seasons, and the market needs and trends.

In your opinion, what are the key indicators of really good chocolate?

The key indicators are definitely the appearance, the texture and the flavour.

Good chocolate should melt in the mouth. The taste should remain for a while and not fade away after a certain time, and the chocolate should also be evenly coloured and has a silky and not sticky touch.

What’s your take on the chocolate industry in Lebanon?

The Lebanese market is a highly saturated. The success of the chocolate industry is linked to its capacity to adapt to what the customer wants and serve one’s specific needs. In Lebanon, you don’t find a shop that serves a limited number of flavours; you can see the huge variety of flavorus and chocolate designs, along with the affordable prices and good quality.

What makes this a dream job for you?

I always wanted to have my own company and open a family business with the support of my husband who is well experienced in this domain, and I wanted to do something I am so passionate about. I always fancied being a real life Charlie in a chocolate factory.

In your opinion, does preference in chocolate flavours vary by region?

Chocolate is the universal language of caring and happiness. It cannot vary by region. Who doesn’t like chocolate? In addition, you can always link chocolate to a wedding, the birth of a new born, a certain anniversary, sitting with a friend… It is always there anytime and everywhere.

Be honest: who makes the best chocolate in the world?

In my opinion, Belgium makes the best chocolate in the world. The country redefined the word “Chocolate” and gave it a new meaning.

What does the year 2018 hold for N de PP?

In 2018, we are planning to reach more customers and  to serve them with the premium luxury of Belgium chocolate along with all the services we can provide. We want to properly introduce N de PP to the Lebanese market. In addition, we are planning to extend our full event consultancy services to help the consumer enjoy a memorable life time experience in all occasions. Not so long ago, we launched our social media pages on Instagram and Facebook, are willing to reach as many people as we can, and launch new campaigns on all platforms. In the near future, the plan is to partner with hotels, event companies, shopping malls, and big holding groups to supply their needs.
