What’s the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?

Meditate. I do this three times a day.

Three items you can’t live without?

I use Essential Oils to create my own toothpaste, shampoo, facial wash, moisturizer, lotion, use them on my healing practices. Tanpura – one of the ancient musical instrument of India that I use in my meditative toning or chanting and coffee.

Complete the sentence: I’m happy when…

I’m trainings or doing courses I have been dreaming to do.

What do you love the most about your job?

The opportunity to share my practice, be of service to fellow humans and help raise the earth’s vibration.

Where do you love to hang out in Dubai?

A place where there is coffee, Indian food, and Wi-Fi.

What do you do to relax and unwind?

Cuddle my cat Abbou, soak in a bath of Epsom salts, have a massage or sleep.

What really annoys you?

Myself usually, I’m forgetful. My husband will usually make fun of me and say I have a memory of a fish.

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Image is nothing. Be yourself and speak your truth.

Did you have a plan B career path?

I was a hotelier so my Plan B is actually where I am right now, a Yoga Teacher and Healing Practitioner.

My classical Hindustani and Vedic chanting teacher. Practice meditative toning and chant all day long.

What’s your personal motto?

Ask and it shall be given.

How do you want the world to remember you?

The girl who tried to make humans compassionate one yoga class, one healing session at a time.
