What’s the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?
Meditate. I don’t always get long enough time to stay in meditation but I aim for at least five minutes of uninterrupted stillness and breathing.

Lip Balm, Hand cream nut butter.

I’m happy when I am surrounded by nature of some sort – the sea, trees, clear blue skies etc.
What do you love the most about your job?
All the left-over food from recipe developments.
Where do you love to hang out in Dubai?
La Cantine Du Faubourg. This is a biased choice because they have the best truffle pizza ever.
What do you do to relax and unwind?
Yoga, and lots of it.
What really annoys you?
When I see people putting up pictures of their business class boarding pass with their Chanel or Birkin in the background, and any pictures of similar nature.
If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Relax. Just relax it’s all going to fall into place as it is meant to be. If it’s meant for you it will come to you.
Did you have a plan B career path?
I have a 10-year sales experience in media sales. I could always go back as a plan B.

What’s your personal motto?
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This is my golden rule in life.
