Yes, we all need a getaway from our day to day lives every now and again but for some of us switching off from the 9 to 5 is more about getting the heart pumping than simply sitting idly beachside. Luckily, the newly opened W Muscat Hotel in Oman has just the thing for such folk.
It may be the second time for the W Hotels across the region of the Middle East and Africa, but it’s the first time the weekend of fitness and fun will come to the W Muscat, as the hotel only opened its doors in August 2019.
Across the weekend of October 17th to 20th, the newest edition to the W family will host activities such as celebrity workouts and unmissable parties, all with nutritious yet delectable cuisine to keep guests going.

The mini-retreat weekend will perfectly merge fun with fitness, living by the philosophy DETOX. RETOX. REPEAT. The programme includes activities such as sun salutations at sunrise to boot camps and hiking adventures through the mountains.
But ensuring rest and relaxation plays a part in the weekend, the signature AWAY SPA has plenty of treatments to ease muscles and mind across the three-day event, too.

Opening in late August of the year, the hotel itself boasts a beautiful beachfront location and a stunning backdrop of the rugged Al Hajar, and all of the 279 suite and room options allow the guests soothing views of the blue waters.
