The Dubai Fitness Challenge encourages the residents to do at least 30 minutes of exercise, every day for 30 days. Think you’re up for it?
This initiative was introduced by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council for Dubai Government, with a mission to make Dubai the most active city in the world – and with countless activities and fitness studios (not to mention the need to retain a beach-ready body throughout the year) it is more than possible to stay healthy and strong beyond the 30 days.
Team a&e are on board and want to you to join us at some of the best workout studios in the city.
