Physique 57 is a 57 minute group exercise class that combines intervals of cardio, strength, stretching and recovery to sculpt your arms, thighs and abs and build gorgeous long lean muscle. The class incorporates isometric movements, a ballet barre and light weights to sculpt and tone your body. Every strength training exercise is followed by a series of stretches. The ballet barre enables you to use your own body weight for resistance.  This allows you to use many muscle groups simultaneously. Burn at The Warehouse Gym

Burn is a brand new results-based group training concept, developed in Dubai by fitness expert Brian Cochrane. Every Burn session is a 50 minute workout using treadmills, Concept II rowing machines, TRX suspension trainers and dumbbells. Classes focus of different areas of the body (just like you would do with a gym program) from upper body, lower body and the mid-section.
