The luxury hotel chain, Six Senses are adding another location to their impressive collection. Six Senses Bhutan will be opening late 2016 and is set to be a stunning property, with a focus on guests experiencing a journey within the hotel. The hotel is set to open five lodges that will be able to accommodate just 82 guests in order to retain a sense of intimacy and exclusivity. The emphasis of the ‘journey’ will be encapsulated through the five lodges; Thimphu, Gangtey, Punakha, Bumthang and Paro. The lodges will be built to emulate the traditional Himalayan style, with an eco-friendly feel and a luxurious and high quality finish. In keeping with Bhutan’s way of life, wellness and personal service will be a top feature at the hotel and many adventurous excursions will be on offer due to its prime location and stunning surroundings. For those looking for an adventurous and spiritual holiday, Bhutan is one of your bucket list destinations, and with hotels such as the six senses starting to take advantage of this incredible place, we certainly can’t wait to visit this wondrous state.

Set to open late 2016. Stay tuned for further details.
