Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, has unveiled its highly anticipated Christmas Tree in collaboration with Garrard, the world’s oldest luxury jewellery house in the world.
The stunning creation, awash in the jeweller’s signature Garrard Blue, draws inspiration from sapphire, a gemstone synonymous with the resort’s fifth anniversary.
This enchanting masterpiece weaves together the DNA of two luxury icons. Golden branches adorned with intricate motifs, oversized midnight blue baubles, and a cascading ribbon of light embody the festive Enchanted Night concept. The tree exudes a regal charm, paying homage to Garrard’s storied legacy, which includes crafting historic jewels for royalty.
Werner Anzinger, General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, remarked, “Every year, our Christmas Tree represents the ultimate celebration of sophistication and creative expression. This new masterpiece evokes the timeless luxury and glamour of both brands, bringing seasonal sparkle and joy to Dubai.”
Complementing the tree is a curated festive experience that captivates the senses. Noor Lounge’s exclusive Afternoon Tea, inspired by the tradition introduced by the Seventh Duchess of Bedford in 1840, offers an indulgent escape. Priced at AED 450 per couple or AED 225 per person, it promises a taste of luxury, complete with a special festive gift from Garrard.
The terrace transforms into a Festive Garden in Full Bloom, inviting guests to revel in the spirit of the season amidst sumptuous surroundings. From November 28 to January 10, visitors can also explore a Garrard boutique offering an exclusive preview of the upcoming Lotus collection and a selection of the jeweller’s most iconic pieces.
