A sofa with a dual identity, when the back cushions are opened up, by simply unfolding them upwards, there is a surprise effect: the seat becomes deeper and the back – with individual cushions for each seat – becomes higher. This transformation also reveals a contrasting inside cover on the cushions, made of leather or fabric with a soft, creased effect, for maximum comfort. The sofa therefore takes on a completely different appearance, revealing Arketipo’s great technical skill in the refined manufacture of its covers, always removable.

A simple and elegant bookcase: the MDF structure is composed of small crosses that form the supports for the books. These crosses seem to multiply infinitely and when books are placed on them, they change from being distinct signs into a blurred but regular whole.

As a registered model, Loft is an extremely innovative seating system, which offers a superior degree of comfort and enables the entire sofa concept to be experienced in an extremely personal manner. By means of a simple movement, the mechanism permits two different seat depths: 75 cm for a traditional use and a more upright posture (120 cm) to obtain a chaise-longue. Another mechanism permits to adjust the back from horizontal to vertical, through a number of middle positions. In this way Loft becomes more than a sofa, it turns into a real open space, a multipurpose platform for relaxation.
