It’s a widely known truth that Italians love basketball, and in celebration of the country’s (near) national sport, Fendi has produced a basketball inspired collection for summer 23.
Dubbed the “Fendi Active: Basketball Capsule” the limited edition men’s activewear collection includes basketball tees, tanks and shorts, tracksuits and a varsity bomber.
The palette of the collection stretches across muted shades of grey and black, and features the iconic Fendi double F emblem as well as the brand’s logo across many of the pieces in the capsule.
Sneakers – of course – play big in the collection. The Fendi “Match” high top sneakers are available in a classic black and cream combination or in an exclusive total white crystal-embellished design.
Other unique accessories in the collection include sponge socks, a wristband and headband set, a black baseball hat and a mini basketball keychain.
Fendi also joined together with Spalding to create a one-off black basketball and a see-through basketball hoop with Fendi Roma lettering.
The capsule collection is available now online, along with at select Fendi boutiques and pop ups
