The vibrant spirit of Paris is all the brighter this holiday season as Repossi, the high jewellery Maison, has partnered with the iconic Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris for an exquisite celebration of design, art, and gastronomy.

This collaboration commemorates the 10th anniversary of Repossi’s ‘Serti sur Vide’ collection, blending tradition with innovation to create a truly remarkable festive experience.
At the heart of this collaboration lies a reimagined Christmas tradition. Inspired by the clean, architectural lines of Repossi’s emblematic jewellery, Le Royal Monceau’s lobby is adorned with dual Christmas trees – one avant-garde, reflecting Repossi’s hallmark asymmetry and minimalist aesthetics, and another majestic, paying homage to the signature pear-shaped diamond.
Dressed in green and silver hues, the décor mirrors Repossi’s chromatic elegance, creating a sophisticated holiday atmosphere.
High jewellery and haute patisserie come together as Repossi collaborates with Yazid Ichemrahen, the Head Pastry Chef at Le Royal Monceau. Drawing inspiration from Repossi’s ‘Serti sur Vide’ collection, Chef Ichemrahen crafts the exquisite ‘Pâtisserie Repossi’ – a sculptural dessert that elevates indulgence to an art form.
The dessert features layers of delicate vanilla biscuit, rare Madagascan and Tahitian vanilla cream, almond crisp, and chocolate, all enveloped in a silver glaze reminiscent of white gold. Handcrafted sugar diamonds crown this creation, a tribute to Repossi’s floating diamonds. Presented in a jewellery box, the €52 pastry will be available at Le Bar Long until the 6th of January, 2025.
