Dubai is set to elevate its nightlife and dining scene with the launch of 25 Jump Street, its first-ever licensed street.

Situated behind the 25hours Hotel at One Central in the city’s bustling Central Business District, the innovative destination is the brainchild of Rabih Fakhreddine’s 7 Management in partnership with Ennismore, known for curating dynamic hospitality experiences.

Promising culture, cuisine, and a vibrant social scene, 25 Jump Street will house 12 distinct venues, featuring concepts from 7 Management alongside international and homegrown brands. 

According to the hospitality group in will include an eclectic mix of fine dining, casual eateries, stylish bars, and entertainment hubs. The pedestrian-friendly layout invites exploration, making it a haven for those seeking diverse culinary adventures or a spirited nightlife experience.

The street will also host seasonal festivals, live performances, and cultural events throughout the year. 

Each venue is tailored to appeal to a wide range of tastes and moods, offering everything from live music to laid-back brunches.
