The craftsmanship behind the process to create the Dior Toujours Bag has been revealed through an exclusive set of images from the maison.
First unveiled at the Dior SS23 ready-to-wear show and designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, the new Dior Toujours Bag is available in three colourways.
Discussing the new piece, the house said in a statement: “Conceived according to the highest standards of craftsmanship, this object of desire embodies the virtuosity of Dior’s leather ateliers. Each step in its manufacture requires infinite meticulousness, from cutting the leather to applying the macro-cannage motif. A subtle touch, an ingenious detail evoking the “CD” signature allows the shape of this model to be played with and modified as wished. A celebration of the poetry of gestures, fusing the heritage of the founding-couturier with the House’s ongoing creative passion.”
