Elements of ‘80s fashion was seen on the catwalk throughout the spring 2017 haute couture runway, in Paris. Over-the-top glitz of the ’80s was spotted from Alexandre Vauthier to Ronald van der Kemp. Trends ranged from fluoro hues to body-enveloping ruffles, minidresses, big shoulders on jackets and one shoulder dramatic pieces. There were animal prints, denim, satin, ruffles and prom queen-styles. Retro eclectic outfits and Dynasty looks all added to the ’80s-inspired collection.
