Dior’s Lady 95.22 bag revisits the House’s heritage as it reinvents the lines of the iconic Lady Dior bag with a design that connects the past and the present. Its name references the year when the bag was first created (1995) and the year of this new revival (2022). The bag features a contemporary silhouette, subtly curved, combing the emblematic macrocannage with the new graphic maxicannage pattern, further enhancing its architectural shape. For Fall/Winter 2022-23 Tod’s presents a bold new take on its most iconic bag style the Di Bag. Giving new life to the style that was first introduced in the nineties the new Di Bag has been enlarged, its lines deconstructed and its silhouette modernised. Expertly crafted from soft leather this genderless accessory has become a multifunctional, essential. The artisanal techniques used to create the Di Bag are similar to those used by ancient saddle makers and the leathers are some of the finest in the world. Key features include the signature central-stitched seam and rolled handles, with an “almond-shaped” end, all with hand-painted raw-leather edging. On these, the top zip is adorned with a graceful long leather loop that adds a touch of convenience. It is available in a number of sizes and comes with an adjustable shoulder strap.
