Biker jackets, Little Pony prints and tulle tutus ruled the runway at Moschino SS18 show, but it’s the floral finale that had the viewers talking.
The King of quirky and flamboyant, Jeremy Scott is the designer you turn to when you need cheering up and his clothes never cease to put a smile on people’s faces.
Kaia Gerber opened the show looking like an eighties biker princess sporting fishnets with a mini leather cap and hardware jewellery. The punk theme dominated the first part of the show but it is the last few looks that really made us sit up and watch.
Gigi Hadid appeared on the runway blooming like a bunch of the most fashionable flowers with ribbons and all. Gerber had flowers blossoming from her boots, Joan Smalls walked in a skirt made out of red roses, while others models appeared in a floral shaped gowns – red carpet worthy?
Sure, it will be the Little Pony T-shirts, dresses or knits that will sell out, but we love Scott’s flair and would happily have his bunch of extraordinary blooms decorating our wardrobes.
