MUSE is an experience-led platform available through an app, providing shoppers with the opportunity to partake in a number of personalised experiences in return for loyalty points which can be earnt through shopping with Chalhoub Groups brands. As well as this, MUSE users will have access to unlock a variety of benefits.

MUSE is designed to be responsive to the needs and desires of each individual shopper and provide a contemporary experience for the modern customer.

 

 

Experiences that can be redeemed by customers range from in-home tailoring bespoke florists, beauty makeovers, jet skiing and much more. The programme includes benefits at over 35 luxury brands from fashion retails including Michael Kors, Level Shoe and Salvatore Ferragamo to beauty brands NARS and Urban Decay as well as lifestyle brands including Tanagra and Tumi.

 

 

Users can download the App and manage and access their personalised experiences, enhancing their journey as they collect points. In addition to the experiences, MUSE members will also benefit from services including a MUSE concierge, valet parking at the malls, complimentary home delivery, birthday rewards, priority access to sales and MUSE gift boxes throughout the year.
