This year’s MTV Video Music Awards will take place on Sunday live on MTV from Madison Square Garden in New York. The nominees have been announced. Thanks to the album Lemonade, Beyoncé is in the lead with 11 nominations and Adele follows second place with eight.

Contenders for the prized Video of the Year Award include Brit popstar’s Adele “Hello,” (which tallied seven nominations alone), Beyoncé’s “Formation,” Drake’s “Hotline Bling,” Justin Bieber’s “Sorry,” and Kanye West’s infamous “Famous” music video are all in the running.

Beyonce’s Lemonade isn’t the only visual album up for consideration to win. Thanks to the Breakthrough Longform Video category, visual records by Chris Brown, Florence + The Machine, Justin Bieber and newcomer Troye Sivan also have a chance for an award.
