Assouline has released a new volume dedicated to the Cheval Blanc collection, spotlighting its six existing luxury properties across the globe and previewing a forthcoming seventh in Sardinia.

The book offers a detailed look at the brand’s unique approach to hospitality, with each location — known as a “Maison” — designed as a private home offering made-to-measure service and privacy.

Cheval Blanc’s first Maison opened in Courchevel in 2006. Other properties followed in Randheli (Maldives), St-Barth, St-Tropez, Paris, and the Seychelles. Each reflects the distinct character of its location, brought to life by renowned architects including Jean-Michel Gathy, Jacques Grange, Jean-Michel Wilmotte, and Peter Marino.

The volume features 205 images across 196 pages, capturing scenes such as fishermen delivering lobster to Cheval Blanc St-Tropez, Vincent Beaurin’s sun-inspired artwork in Randheli, and the Peter Marino-designed lobby of Cheval Blanc Paris.

Arnaud Donckele, three-starred chef at Cheval Blanc St-Tropez and Paris, says, “Our clients come here for a positive interlude, to shut the door, for just a moment, on a page of their daily lives and enter the joyous but very real world of Cheval Blanc.”
