Van Cleef & Arpels Is Opening Its First Heritage Exhibition in the Middle East and Here’s What You Need to Know

If you’re a fan of the luxury French jewellery maker, then you need to sign yourself up for this latest exhibition making its way over to the region.

Known for its enchanting creations, Van Cleef & Arpels is one of the finest names about when it comes to jewellery and watchmaking – both in its home country of France and all over the world.

 

And for the very first time, the French Maison will be making its way over to Dubai for a special exhibition looking back at the 1896-founded brand’s heritage.

The Treasures and Legends exhibition is set to take place at the boutique in Dubai Opera Plaza between October 10th and 30th 2019.

 

On display will be some of the finest expert craftsmanship from the Maison, including over 50 high jewellery treasures and precious objects. The Treasures and Legends exhibition spans more than a century of creations from precious objects to exceptional orders.

These include many of the precious designs favoured by royals and aristocrats throughout the years, including iconic pieces that capture an artistic movement and aesthetic from a certain period – think the Art Deco movement to the oriental inspirations of the 1970s.

 

Following an illustrious list of legends, each piece of on display will be accompanied by historical or interesting stories, reflecting the evolution of Van Cleef & Arpels’ distinctive style and its bonds with royal families.
