What’s the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?

Take my thyroid pill!

How do you like to spend your evenings?

With my man and my son.

Where’s your happy place?

In a massage room or in a hot tub, one of the two!

Where is one of your favourite places to go on holiday?

Dubai.  It really is, I’m not saying that just because I’m here.  I love it here.  One of my best friends has been here for over 20 years and I’ve been visiting her for years.

How would you describe your style?

Easy and black.

Is there anyone whose style you admire?

So many.  I think Amal Clooney is gorgeous and I love Rihanna’s funky eclectic style.

What do you do to relax and unwind?

Have a glass of red wine.

Do you have any pet peeves?

I do. I really have a problem with dishonesty.  If I can’t trust you, that’s it.

What was the last film you saw?

That’s a hard question for me because I worked in film for so long, watching movies is like working. I’m the worst person to watch a movie with because I watch continuity and can spot when they have shot scenes on different days with different stylists!

If you could talk to your 18-year-old self now, what would you say to her?

Nothing is what it seems.

What’s an important message that you try to pass on to your children?

To finish. Everything you do, finish.

Do you have any favourite restaurant or place that you go to when you’re in Dubai?

There are so many places I go to here.  I really love the Cove Beach Club.  It’s actually owned by a gentleman that I’ve known since I was in high school in California. So, I like to go and hang out with him and get the royal treatment when I go!
