Valentino presents the PINK PP Men’s and Women’s campaigns starring global icons Zendaya and Lewis Hamilton.
The full-pink images reflect the theme of the PINK PP collection and the show which saw Pierpaolo Piccioli strip down the collection to reflect one single hue.
Zendaya was shot by Micheal Bailey Gates in a monochromatic and obsessive Pink PP space. The actress gives off an attitude that recalls a sense of freedom: a freedom that acts as a neutral, that goes beyond any feminine traits. All pictures capture a moment becoming a portrait of a movement.
Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton is pictured in an equally pink environment. Shot by Nicolas Kern the Seven-Time Formula One World Champion is pictured in a totalising and intimate Pink background with a handwritten manifesto behind, portrayed in a reflective and symbolic pose.
PINK PP is a manifestation of the unconscious and a liberation from the need for realism.
