Georges Hobeika’s Fall/Winter 2026-2027 Haute Couture collection, The Visitor, was a poetic celebration of life’s fleeting beauty, inspired by James McCrae’s Instructions Before Visiting Earth. Created by Georges and Jad Hobeika, father and son, the collection invited audiences to experience the world with curiosity, gratitude and wonder, translating that philosophy into a wardrobe of effortless elegance.

Architectural yet ethereal, the collection balanced fluid movement with the house’s signature precision. Sculpted and draped bustiers, flowing column gowns and impeccably tailored jackets created silhouettes that moved with quiet grace, while intricate embroidery shimmered with iridescent beads, giving garments an almost liquid finish. Lace, satin, silk and organza were layered to enhance the collection’s sense of lightness, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship for which the maison is renowned.

A calming palette of blues, from soft grey-blue to deep ocean tones, was softened with the house’s signature beige alongside touches of blush pink and mint-to-pine green. Nature also played a central role, with orchids, beetles and snails transformed into exquisite jewellery and embellishments that celebrated the small wonders of the natural world.

Romantic yet contemporary, The Visitor reflected Georges Hobeika’s enduring commitment to elegance while reminding us that couture is not simply about dressing the body, but about telling deeply emotional stories through artistry, craftsmanship and imagination.
