Manel Ben Said is a Dubai based legal consultant who was born in Tunisia and raised in the South of France.  Passionate by fashion and described by her family as constantly defending everyone around her, she decided to merge both passions and studied law specializing in Intellectual Property Law with a focus on Brand Protection. Following her mother’s steps, who works at an Elderly Care Home in Cannes, Manel is also involved in humanitarian initiatives and help in providing education to kids in need.

Mariam Albadr, a Communications Director in the oil and gas sector, plays an active role in a male predominated industry to support and promote women in the field. Having risen up the ranks rapidly to her current position, she has helped her company move from a project idea to a fully operational and respected company. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the US and first and foremost a mother to her two young boys. 

Salama Mohamed is a young Emirati wife, mother of two, and entrepreneur. She took her first steps into the professional world as the founder and creator of Pearl by S Jewelry. Socially, she loves to work with youth and attend school events for young entrepreneurs. In addition to her passion for youth empowerment, Salama who herself has Vitiligo has a constant desire to work with young girls on awareness campaigns for skin conditions. She co-creates, with her husband, global viral videos that tackle issues not usually addressed in the Middle East.

Dr. Saliha Afridi is a clinical psychologist and a founder of The Lighthouse Arabia, the largest mental health facility in the MENA region. A driven visionary, Dr. Saliha has mobilised her organization to provide free programs to educate parents, schools, and corporations about issues related to mental health, well-being, and parenting. Dr. Saliha is also committed wife and a mother of four.
