Balmain
Olivier Rousteing celebrates ten years as Creative Director at Balmain this year and he created a collection that honours some of the most iconic moments of his tenure.
The show opened with a personal message by none other than Beyoncé, before his “Balmain Army” presented the celebratory Spring/Summer collection. With models including Naomi Campbell Carla Bruni, Milla Jovovich and Natalia Vodianova this was a presentation to go down in the history books.
Acne Studios
Inspired by the idea of wearing underwear as outerwear Acne Studios Creative Director Jonny Johansson created a collection for a young generation of experimental dressers. Floral prints, miniskirts, cropped tops and boudoir-inspired dresses were both daring yet softly feminine, while outerwear was much more modest with a strong vintage vibe.
