Last year, Oliver Rousteing’s Parisian label Balmain designed a collection with H&M and the retail industry exploded. There were queues overnight and dresses being resold on the black market at 10 times the original price. The high street brand has confirmed that its next designer collaboration will be with French fashion house Kenzo for an autumn/winter 2016 collection.

Kenzo has described the collection as focusing on “creativity, fun and love of fashion.” Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, the creative directors, said: “With this collaboration with H&M, we want to think big, push the boundaries and bring the new energy of Kenzo to everyone around the world.”

Creative advisor at H&M Ann-Sofie Johansson said: “We can’t wait to share with everyone the world of Kenzo x H&M, with all of its creativity, fun and love of fashion.” We can’t wait to see the new designs either! The collection will “drop” globally on 3 November, and includes womenswear, menswear and accessories.
