Get use to hearing the name Julie Paskal who was shortlisted for LVMH’s Young Fashion Designer Prize back in 2014. The young Ukrainian designer is currently one to watch on Paris’ Fashion Week schedule due to her feminine, cool and scuplted designs.
For three years, Paskal was an architecture student before moving into fashion six years ago. Her eponymous brand is inspired by her background in architecture. She merges precision engineering with her romantic tendencies, labelling her work as “fluent in shapes, lines and structures.”
Take a look at some of her pieces from the Pre Fall 2016 collection:

Coat – A soft oversized coat, woven with touches of wool to create a striking silhouette trimmed with the label’s signature ruffles.
Grey dress – Woven in a scaled-down houndstooth motif, the loose-cut silhouette has a belt to define your frame. It also shows off your shoulders for a stylish on-trend look.
Black dress – The puffed sleeves and flared skirt is eye-catching. The white lace-trimmed collar and hem nod to the label’s feminine aesthetic. Wear it with brogues or boots.
Top – Made from stretch wool-blend crepe, this top has an asymmetric ruffled trim that wraps around your shoulder. It looks great with cropped trousers.
Skirt – Made from soft brushed-twill, this skirt has an elasticated paperbag waist, practical slit pockets and the label’s signature ruffles. Perfect worn with a sweater and brogues.
