The Parisian luxury accessory Maison, Roger Vivier, has partnered with Al Tayer Group for their latest boutique launch in the Mall of the Emirates, in Dubai, located within the newly renovated luxury fashion extension, on the 1st floor of the Mall. This 144 square metre Roger Vivier boutique will be the third boutique in the UAE after the recent opening at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island in June 2016, and at Level Shoes, The Dubai Mall in November 2012.
Carrying a selection of sophisticated footwear, handbags and accessories, the boutique will feature a comprehensive selection of the brand’s emblematic elements and styles: the iconic 1965 Buckle, the Sphere heels, the Sneaky Viv’ adored by today’s ‘it’ girls, the modern Viv’ handbags, the daytime chic Pilgrim handbag and the striking Prismick line with its signature geometric découpés.
The boutique’s glossy white marble façade features custom-made Roger Vivier inspired buckles in a myriad of finishings. The interior features the Parisian vintage décor concept of the Maison, showcasing the historic and eclectic universe of Roger Vivier, alongside the new season collections. Keeping in line with the brand’s inherent refinement and modernity, the décor creates an exceptionally Parisian feel, playing with light hues such as pale pink and delicate nudes to create a bright, airy space.
The wall running through the length of the salon is constant and each accessory is displayed as a sculpture on an individual lacquered plinth; a modern play on the exhibition format of rare icons. The rear area of the boutique can be closed off for private, VIP appointments. The boutique has a unique interior design capturing the codes of elegance à la francaise and evoking an eclectic artistry; one of the cornerstones of Roger Vivier’s spirit.
