Celine Dion at Met Gala 2019
Whether you know the words to every song on every album, or whether you can simple hum along to the Titanic theme tune, it’s hard not to be a fan of Celine Dion.
The French-Canadian singer has one of the strongest, most recognisable voices in the industry and has a career spanning four decades.
And it’s for this reason that we’re excited over the news that the 51-year-old is set to perform in Lebanon during next year’s Byblos Festival.
The social media site for the music festival posted a dressing room mirror reading, “See you soon Beirut, Love Celine” in red lipstick of course.
The singer also shared a similar post to her own page, and the performance, if it goes ahead, will be the Grammy Award winners’ first one in the country.
The festival is set to take place for 2020 over the summer months, but details are yet to be shared.
