Jaguar made an announcement on the Instagram page and shared the news with Bloomberg, which reported that the vehicle will officially carry the name of the Jaguar E-Type Zero and will go into manufacturing in 2020. The director of Jaguar Land Rover Classic, Tim Hannig told the publication that “We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive reaction to the Jaguar E-Type Zero concept.”
It may look like a classic, but according to Bloomberg, it will have all the modern fittings such as an integral touchscreen and smart LED headlights.
We are yet to learn how many of these iconic cars will hit the road, but we recommend getting on the waitlist now – that is if you have around $500,000 to spare as that’s what the experts predict the motor will be valued at.
