Since Global Wellness Day, reasons to relax and give yourself a well-deserved time out just keep on coming. Tuesday, June 21st marks International Yoga Day so we have rounded up three excellent yoga surprises in the sky for you to try over the weekend and into next week.

 

Palm View Yoga

Take a journey 240meters above the city and experience yoga on the observation deck of The View at The Palm. Take in the panoramic views below as you are guided through a 60-minute vinyasa yoga flow taking in Dubai’s iconic landmarks and skylines. Start your day with this hour of tranquillity, harmony and peace as you energise your body and soul while snapping that all-important tree pose Instagram shot.

Skyline Yoga

To celebrate this annual event, SLS hotel is offering a complimentary yoga session with an experienced instructor on the 75th-floor terrace. The hour-long session looks over the incredible Dubai skyline, with clear views of the Burj Khalifa towering above. Why not spend the morning stretching out the body, then relax through the day with complimentary all-day access to the Privilege pool. Guests will also be served healthy smoothies to refuel after the session as they take in the iconic views.
