Ever watched polo and thought this could be made even more exciting? Over in St Moritz, Switzerland they’ve been holding an annual Snow Polo World Cup, played on the frozen Alpine lake, for years.

A huge social occasion that draws European royalty, A-lister jet set and the top polo players, it will take place between 29-31 January 2016. If you’re up for staying a little longer, then the White Turf horse racing event runs for the first three Sundays in February.
