What’s your morning routine before work?

I’m not a talkative morning person at all. My phone is usually flooded, so I quickly catch-up and update myself. Then it’s just the getting ready to go to the office part, and I’m not much of a breakfast person, so I tend to grab a nutrition bar or a banana, some water, and I’m off.

How do you decide what to wear in the morning?

It depends on the mood. However, if the day includes formal meetings, then it’s automatically a Kandora. If it’s more casual and at my own office, then it’s probably shorts and a t-shirt.

Three items you can’t live without?

Laptop, smart phone and wallet.

Favourite place you like to go to in Dubai?

I love food, so it’s probably some Yemeni food on the weekend with some good friends.

What did you do last night?

I had friends over to watch some football matches, eat and chit-chat. Casual chilled night.

Complete the sentence: My perfect holiday would be…

A mix of a city (like NYC) for the food, shopping and events. Or a place full of natural beauty to disconnect, such as New Zealand or Maldives.

What book are you reading at the moment?

A few different books. One is, ‘Getting Things Done’ by David Allen and another interesting book by Osho.

Tell us a fact about you that nobody knows.

Not sure about nobody knows, but many people don’t realise that I have a sarcastic and a very silly sense of humour until (and if) they get to know me better.

Your favourite designer at the moment?

Amiri.

Your current style inspiration?

I enjoy street fashion.

Who would you like to be stuck on a desert island with?

A best friend.

Three things you hate?

People who judge quickly, stupidity and fake people.

What’s your personal motto?

Do what you love and do it damn well.

How do you want the world to remember you?

That I added good value to it before I left it.
