The 53-year-old, family-owned Lebanese brand Yeprem creates innovative pieces that have attracted a celebrity following.
The unique designs are a conversation starter and have been championed by Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna. Combination of precious materials for a glamourous style with hint of modern magnificence is what gives Yeprem it’s edge- pieces for women who dare to be distinctive. Inspired by a golden bracelet bestowed by his mother, which was intended to provide him and his family a brighter future, Lebanese born of Armenian decent Yeprem Chakardemian established his own jewellery brand. Now under the helm of his son Loutfic and Creative Director Virna Chakardemian, the challenge for the brand is to continue to innovate and think up new designs, rather than rely on old collections.
