Tiffany & Co. has named actress Amanda Seyfried as its newest House ambassador, marking the beginning of the partnership with the launch of its 2026 holiday campaign, Love Is a Gift. The actress makes her debut in You & Me, a short film exploring the relationship between family, memory and the enduring significance of meaningful gifts.

The film moves between contemporary New York and a Christmas memory from the 1990s, tracing how a treasured object can carry a family’s history across generations. Set inside an Upper East Side townhouse, the story begins when a woman decorating her Christmas tree discovers a Tiffany Blue Box bearing the inscription ‘December ’92’. Opening it transports her back to a formative moment in her childhood.
In the memory, she sees her mother in a new light, recognising her not only as a parent but as a woman with her own identity and accomplishments. Wearing HardWear by Tiffany jewellery, her mother presents her with a Blue Box containing a hand-painted Bird on a Rock ornament. The narrative then returns to the present, where the daughter, now a mother herself, passes the same ornament to her own child, continuing a tradition first established decades earlier.
The campaign reflects Tiffany & Co.’s longstanding association with gifts that mark significant personal milestones. Its central ornament was created exclusively for the film in collaboration with production designer Karen Murphy, taking inspiration from Jean Schlumberger’s celebrated Bird on a Rock design, originally created for the House in 1965. The piece serves as a contemporary interpretation of the heirloom, an object whose significance grows with each generation.
The film also incorporates pieces from the Tiffany Archives, including Louis Comfort Tiffany’s stained-glass Wisteria table lamp, helping establish a setting shaped by collected treasures and family history. Directed by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Derek Cianfrance, the production was developed alongside creative agency American Haiku and production company Radical Media, with cinematography by Arseni Khachaturan.
Music further reinforces the film’s intergenerational theme. A reimagining of The Wannadies’ 1994 track ‘You & Me Song’ provides the soundtrack, transforming a song traditionally associated with youthful romance into an expression of enduring familial love.
Commenting on the appointment, Tiffany & Co. president and chief executive Anthony Ledru welcomed Seyfried to the House, describing her as embodying the joy, style and sophistication associated with the jewellery maison. Seyfried said she was delighted to join the Tiffany family, highlighting the campaign’s celebration of love, family and traditions passed between generations.
