Janu, the hospitality and lifestyle brand from Aman Group, is expanding its residential portfolio in the United Arab Emirates with the launch of Janu Al Marjan Island, a new coastal development in Ras Al Khaimah.

Located 70 kilometres from Dubai, the project sits adjacent to Wynn Al Marjan Island, the region’s first integrated resort, positioning it within one of the UAE’s emerging luxury destinations.
Jointly developed by Marjan and Wynn Resorts and designed by SCDA Architects, the development will comprise a 132-key hotel and 73 branded residences. Homes range from one-bedroom apartments spanning 197 square metres to a five-bedroom penthouse measuring 1,761 square metres. Five private Marina Villas will also occupy the island’s eastern shoreline, offering sunrise views across the Arabian Gulf.

The residences feature expansive terraces, private swimming pools and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea and Ras Al Khaimah’s coastline. Selected properties incorporate double-height living spaces, creating a greater sense of openness between the interiors and their surroundings. Dedicated residential facilities include a private entrance lobby, residents-only lounge and fitness centre.
Residents will also benefit from direct access to a 265-metre private beach and exclusive mooring at Wynn Marina, which accommodates superyachts of up to 85 metres. Further amenities include access to Janu Spa and Wellness Centre, spanning 2,496 square metres, cryotherapy facilities, a padel court and a 30-metre swimming pool.
Six dining and entertainment venues will form part of the wider offering, including Hu Jing, Janu’s signature Chinese restaurant, and a Beach Club. The facilities reflect the brand’s emphasis on wellbeing, social connection and shared experiences, alongside the privacy associated with branded residential living.

Construction commenced in July 2026, marking the beginning of a project intended to contribute to Ras Al Khaimah’s development as a destination for luxury hospitality, residential property and leisure.
The announcement follows the introduction of Janu Residences, Dubai, earlier in 2026, the brand’s first residential offering in the UAE. Janu is also building its international presence following the opening of Janu Tokyo, its debut property, which was recognised among The World’s 50 Best Hotels within two years of opening and awarded two MICHELIN Keys.
Future Janu destinations are planned for Turks and Caicos, Montenegro and Saudi Arabia, as the brand continues to expand its hospitality and residential portfolio.
