Blushers are a must-have essential in every woman’s makeup kit. Even for all bronzer-lovers, a youthful glow isn’t complete without a little powder to brighten those cheeks.
The beauty industry is constantly coming up with new formulas and textures, starting with the classic powders to creams, sticks and gels; all for you to pick and choose the right texture that perfectly suits your skin.
If you are more on the fair-skin side or have a medium complexion, we advise to go for a peachy-rose toned blush; as deeper orange and berry shades are a better match with darker skin-tones.
Dewy complexions were seen across many SS18 runways, so to achieve that glossy look, a cream or gel blusher is the right texture to go with. A great tip is to blend it naturally with your fingertips on the cheekbone area. And if you are leaning more towards the matte look, then a powder blush is the way to go; for a toned down natural glow just make sure you don’t overdo it.
Click through and see which type of blusher best suits your beauty routine for the coming summer.
