Saudi Beauty Brand ASTERI Joins Together With Riyadh Fashion Week

The first-ever Riyadh Fashion Week which was recently in the Saudi capital saw one of the country’s leading homegrown beauty brands take centre stage for the event.  

As the official beauty sponsor of the event, ASTERI transformed the runways for Couture, Womenswear, and Menswear by enhancing the natural beauty of the models through the hands of expert makeup artists. 

The brand flew in renowned Global Celebrity & Fashion Makeup Artist Vimi Joshi, to create a full set of inspirational beauty looks with ASTERI products through detailed face cards. Makeup artists then transformed Vimi’s looks into reality backstage on the models, who sat comfortably in their ASTERI-branded robes backstage.

Vimi Joshi, Head of Makeup for Fashion Week said, “We wanted to keep it really, really fresh. Also, because we wanted this fashion week to have an international theme, we wanted to make sure that the skin was dewy, glowy, fresh, and hydrated. And minimal. We really used minimal product because the models are stunning. The ASTERI beauty products are so high-tech. Working with that technology was magical. The foundation literally became liquid skin.”

In celebration of this exciting event, ASTERI flew in regional influencers for a stunning collaboration. Nia Amroun, Nirvana Abdul, Reem Al Sanea, Lama Alakeel, and Jory Al Maiman created stunning looks with ASTERI’s wide range of cosmetics, as they attended the various events and shows of Fashion Week.
