Belgian leather good manufacturer Delvaux has opened its first boutique in the Middle East, we learn out about this luxurious brand and look at where to find them.
Founded in 1829 in Brussels, Delvaux is the oldest fine leather luxury goods house in the world and is the inventor of the modern handbag, having filed the first-ever leather handbag patent in 1908. With 200 years of quality experience, Delvaux begins its journey to the Middle East, sharing its Belgian roots, legacy and universe.
Located in The Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai, guests can discover a world of exquisite leather goods and antique emporte-pièce leather cutting tools imported from Brussels’ atelier. This is the first Delvaux boutique to open in the Middle East, beginning a new relationship between the region and brand.

When entering the store, guests will discover an airy atrium featuring sensuously curved wall units representing Delvaux’s contemporary take on traditional Flemish furniture. This entrance hall faces a large portal that transports you to a majestic marble cornice where a small leather goods bar embodies the distinctive European Café traditions, synonymous with gathering, exchange and connivance.
You can find the store on the ground floor of the mall on the fashion avenue.
