Paris seems a little brighter this season and brimming with fresh new talent on the runway and on the cobbled streets.

While Virgil Abloh at Louis Vuitton and Kim Jones at Dior deliver something new to men’s wardrobes, we take a look at what trends the most fashionable boys in France are rocking this season.

Colour, texture, loose tailoring and oversized shirting were all at the play in the French capital. Streetwear and undressed elegance dominated over neat tailoring or fitted silhouettes, as though the fashion scene in Paris took a breath and relaxed a little. Maybe it’s the summer, or perhaps it new designers on the scene, but there is plenty to be inspired about on the runway and the buzzing streets.
