Celine’s latest expansion is here, and it features a collection of accessories for your furry friends.
The French Maison of Celine has announced its expansion into the pet industry with a brand new collection of chic accessories for dogs. This new line is launched with a unique campaign and designed with a very special pet in mind.
Hedi Slimane, the creative director of Celine, originally created the line for his own canine companion, Elvis the dog. Titled ‘Portrait of a Celine Dog’, the campaign features Elvis next to Blackpink’s Lisa, showcasing the luxurious pet-friendly range.
These latest designs combine the craftmanship of Celine leather goods with the functional necessities of pet ownership, providing a coordinated ensemble for owner and pet.
In a celebration and transformation of the Triomphe ready-to-wear collection, this iconic motif is featured on the accessories throughout. It appears printed on the signature canvas and calfskin material, in a deep brown, light tan and black, allowing the accessories to be paired with apparel, handbags and shoes from both the men’s and women’s collections.
The range of accessories features large travel bags covered in the signature print with the words ‘DOG’ or ‘CAT’ emblazoned across the front, different sized collars and leashes, decorated with statement studs, clip-on wallets for stashing treats inside, drinking bowls, and even a plastic chew toy in the shape of the Triomphe motif.
The collection will launch in early June and will be available both in-store as well as online.
