Top Three Street Style Trends At MFW

You will not find a wallflower in Milan, especially during fashion week. This is the city that embraces bright shades, bold accessories and statement prints and then shows us cleaver ways of styling them.

Colour is big on the runway and on the streets with a number of fashion savvy choosing fall’s must have hue – red. When worn head to toe, it can be one of the most elegant outfits but the key is to get the proportions just right.

The same goes for bold prints as no one wants to look like they’re wearing their grandmother’s curtains. Accessories are important, so if you’re going for full on floral ensemble keep the bag and shoes neutral.

Cropped wide leg trousers have replaced the skinny fit as a partner to a tailored jacket. If you’re on a petite side definitely add a heel, especially pointed toe pumps as they elongate the legs.
