Tommy Hilfiger has designed clothes specifically for people with disabilities, a market that is not widely addressed by luxury labels.

The American fashion giant now offers a sportswear range based on pieces from the Tommy Hilfiger collections that come with adjusted seams and openings for easy dressing, magnetic and velcro fastenings and altered leg openings to accommodate leg braces and orthotics.

This is another step towards diversity in fashion which an array of brands have been exploring in order to appeal to vast market. Tommy Hilfiger is not the only house creating pieces for differently abled customer, but they are one of the bigger names to offer wearable on trend pieces.

The men’s line features 37 pieces and the women’s offers 34 styles and is available to shop now online at tommy.com.
